1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of order-littlecaesar.online (the "Site") and the food logistics and coordination services ("Services") provided by Northern Plate Logistics Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Northern Plate Logistics Ltd. is a third-party food logistics and procurement coordination company. We:

Act as an intermediary between organizations and local food vendors
Coordinate bulk food orders, vendor selection, and delivery scheduling
Provide event logistics planning and order management
Offer recurring food program administration

We are not a restaurant, caterer, food manufacturer, or franchise. We are an independent logistics coordinator. We do not prepare, cook, or handle food.

3. Third-Party Disclaimer

Northern Plate Logistics Ltd. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. or any other restaurant brand. Any references to franchise brands on this Site serve only to identify vendors we may coordinate orders with on your behalf. We do not represent any franchise, and vendor participation is at their sole discretion.

4. Fees and Pricing

Coordination Fee: A flat fee based on event size and logistics complexity, fully disclosed in your quote before commitment.
Food Costs: Billed at the vendor's standard retail pricing. We do not mark up food costs.
Rush Surcharge: Orders with less than 3 business days notice may incur an additional rush fee.
Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations 72+ hours before event. 50% refund for 24–72 hours. No refund within 24 hours.

All amounts are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), subject to applicable GST/HST.

5. Client Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate event details and contact information
Respond promptly to our coordination team's inquiries
Designate a contact person at the delivery venue
Disclose all dietary restrictions and allergies at time of ordering
Refrain from using the Site for any unlawful purpose

6. Order Workflow

Quote Request: You submit event details via our form or direct contact.
Proposal: We deliver a detailed quote within 1 business day.
Confirmation: You accept the quote and provide payment information.
Coordination: We place orders, schedule production, and arrange logistics.
Delivery: Food is delivered to your venue at the agreed time.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon order confirmation unless NET terms have been arranged
Accepted methods: major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, corporate invoicing
Qualified businesses may apply for NET-15 or NET-30 payment terms
All invoices include our GST/HST registration (BN 847291635RT0001)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law:

We are not liable for food quality, delays, errors, or omissions by the vendor fulfilling the order
Our total liability is limited to the coordination fee paid for the affected order
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve issues with vendors on your behalf.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, and code (excluding third-party trademarks) — is the property of Northern Plate Logistics Ltd., protected under Canadian copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.
